Dr. Mike was originally known as something else no one can remember, then requested his username be switched to just 'Mike.' Fazle granted this request and deleted the account of an inactive member who had previously held the name. When the OTer mike returned, he fervently requested the name back. Dr. Mike agreed to this, then becoming 'Dr. Mike,' a parody on recently name-changed Dr. WRX>MUSTANG. At some point in 2005 he changed his name to Banana Mike, though when he returned in 2008 he came back under his original account username - Dr. Mike.
He originally joined in October of 2003, and was permabanned in 2006 for a period of nearly two years. During this hiatus, he pursued many things other than poon and returned as a Doctor. As a doctor of what you ask? No one knows. All we know is that he is Dr. Mike. Once fellated a dead moose and posted pics on OT for lulz.
Returned late 2008.
Accused of scamming OTers via a resume writing business.
