FF Crew are OTers who probably enjoy Final Fantasy too much. Many of these members have accumulated various soundtracks, rare and/or outdated titles and even collect some of the memorabilia. The crew enjoys a varied conversation topic which includes:

They span from the NES to the current Nintendo DS and PSP. FFXIII is being released for both the PS3 and Xbox 360.

The music is largely composed by Nobuo Uematsu. SE has also done remixes by a variety of other composers. The music that Uematsu brought forth through Final Fantasy is arguably the greatest in the game music specific genre. Since FFX, the quality has taken a substantial hit, with FFXI and FFXII being almost entirely done by other SE staff members.

The music of FF ranges from the 8-bit era to the post 128bit era. The style ranges from beeps and bops to fully orchestrated post Impressionistic. SE releases a piano collection for each title since FFIV but skipped XI. Various Game Orchestra Concerts have arranged specific FF title pieces to varying success as well.

Some of the more popular CDs are the FFVI soundtrack, FFVII soundtrack, FFX Piano Collection. Nobuo Uematsu also released a variety of redone rocking mixes through his Black Mages band.
