This template is kind of a template for other templates and the like. You can copy this source to make your own template, especially for crews. You can put a template description in the noinclude tags, so it shows up on the template page, but isn't included as part of the template. The stuff in the includeonly tags is only rendered for the transclusion (ie the part of the template that gets shoved into the page that uses the template). The stuff in the middle is rendered in both. You can use page variables, but we don't have parser functions enabled so you can't rows that display only if data is included. Post on User_talk:Glassuser if you need help doing any of this.

This banner should eventually take a parameter for the user's ID number, which will pull his/her/its avatar from OT in realtime.
