When repeated, UNCE is the onomatopoeic equivalent of the bass track of a generic techno song, a song which is most likely playing at a gay dance club and/or sackrided by The OTTC.

It appears it was popularized by user Kernal Kunt, who at one point spammed the Trailer Park sub-forum with the meme for weeks on end. Eventually, the meme was bastardized into a "METH" version (except the METH version isnt really an onomatopoeia).
